Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nova Physio Lounge services, including our website, in person appointments, membership plans, AI assisted symptom analysis, digital recovery tools, and our online store linking to Amazon fulfilled products ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent, to use the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activity.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information at all times.

3. Health and safety disclaimer

The Services are provided to support physiotherapy and wellness. AI assisted guidance is informational and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (999 or 112 in the UK).

4. Services and AI tools

We offer physiotherapy, massage, and digital health services. AI outputs are generated based on the data you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your health decisions and for following professional advice.

5. Memberships, billing, and cancellations

• Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Pricing, features, and quotas are displayed on the membership page and may change with notice.
• Usage limits apply to AI features; prompts may pause when you reach your monthly quota.
• Storage limits apply by plan; uploads may be blocked or throttled once limits are reached.
• Unless required by law, fees are non refundable once charged.
• You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5A. Membership pricing, loyalty rules, and general notes

Base pricing (pay as you go)

• Physiotherapy / Sports Massage: GBP 75 for 45 minutes.

Loyalty rules

• Loyalty rewards are earned through paid clinic sessions only.
• Free sessions are 30 minutes, or can be used as GBP 35 credit toward a 45-minute session.
• Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with session discounts.
• Rewards expire 60 days after being unlocked.
• Membership must be active at the time of booking.

General notes

• Discounts apply only to clinic treatment fees.
• Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
• Sessions are subject to availability.

6. Appointments and no shows

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances.

7. User content and uploads

• You retain ownership of content you upload, including images, videos, and documents.
• You grant Nova Physio Lounge a limited license to use your content to provide the Services.
• You confirm that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not violate any laws or third party rights.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to access or disrupt systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit false health information.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software used in the Services are owned by Nova Physio Lounge or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

10. Store purchases and Amazon fulfillment

• Products in our store link to Amazon for purchase; Amazon's terms and privacy policy apply to those orders.
• Amazon handles payment processing, packaging, shipping, delivery estimates, and returns. Nova Physio Lounge does not manage fulfillment or logistics.
• Prices and availability we display are for convenience and may change. Check the product page on Amazon for the latest details.
• We may earn affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases.

11. Third party services

We use third party providers (such as booking, analytics, and payment services). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error free, or that specific outcomes will be achieved.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Physio Lounge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nova Physio Lounge harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and indicate the last updated date.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
